How durable is the paint?

All products are primed and deglazed before being hand painted using premium quality Angelus leather paints. A top quality scratch resistant finishing coat is applied to protect the painting from general wear and weather. If treated with care, these custom trainers can last a long time. 

How can I clean my custom shoes?

Any sneaker cleaner is suitable for the shoes. We recommend using a soft cloth over the painted areas for extra care, whilst the rest of the shoes can be cleaned as normal. Please do NOT machine wash the products. 

Can I edit my order?

Yes. If you would like anything changed or added (such as personalised name) to your selected design, please let us know by email within 24 hours of purchase.

Can I make my own design?

Yes. Please feel free at contact us at hello@cxnvas.com if you would like to place your own custom order. Prices vary depending on the final design. 

Note: Please send a detailed description of what you would like or send any images you would like to use. This allows us to give the most accurate quote.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

What is the turnaround time?

Orders can take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched.

Our colour changing collection can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these personalised products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before purchasing.
